1. Eligibility: The StarSisters Art Gallery is open to girl-identifying and nonbinary people who submit their art via https://forms.gle/eJNJmn12vJfentBn7.  Entrants must be aged 8-14 years old when submitting art to the StarSisters Art Gallery.  Artwork must be submitted by a parent/guardian of the artist.

 

2. Sponsorship: The sponsor for the StarSisters Art Gallery is StarSisters (“The Sponsor”), temporarily located at starsistersupdates.wixsite.com/starsisters.  StarSisters will conduct the StarSisters art gallery substantially as described in these Official Rules.

 

3. Agreement to Rules: By entering your child’s artwork in the StarSisters Art Gallery, the Entrant (“the Entrant” or “You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions.  The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the artwork of any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  By entering artwork into the StarSisters Art Gallery the Entrant represents and warrants that the Entrant is eligible based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules.  The Entrant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the StarSisters Art Gallery.

 

4. StarSisters Art Gallery Entry Period: The entry period for the StarSisters Art Gallery begins on April 26 at 8:00pm EST and will be open for the foreseeable future.

 

5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the StarSisters Art Gallery by submitting an entry via the online form provided at https://forms.gle/eJNJmn12vJfentBn7. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be contacted and may not be posted to the StarSisters Art Gallery.  The online form may only be completed once.  If a parent is submitting for multiple children, the parent must include all information on the submission form (instructions are more detailed on the form).  Entries may not contain any copyrighted material.  Any artwork containing copyrighted material will not be posted to the StarSisters Art Gallery.

 

6. Odds: All artwork submitted to the StarSisters Art Gallery through the online form at https://forms.gle/eJNJmn12vJfentBn7 that abides by the rules of entry will be uploaded to the StarSisters Gallery.

 

7. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By submitting an entry to the StarSisters Art Gallery, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf have the right to publish the artist’s submission, first name, age, and state/province on the StarSisters Art Gallery web page without any further notice, review, compensation, or remuneration.  If the Entrant would like this information removed from the site, they are responsible for contacting the Sponsor at starsistersupdates@gmail.com.  The Sponsor may take up to three weeks to respond to any requests.  Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.  Works containing copyrighted material will be removed from the site and the Entrant will be unable to submit new artwork.  In the case of claims that arise as a result of infringement, the Entrant shall defend or settle against such claims at their sole expense, and the Entrant shall hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit.

 

8. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the StarSisters Art Gallery should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the StarSisters Art Gallery.  The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, will inform the Entrants and will disable the submission form.  Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the StarSisters Art Gallery or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be unable to submit their artwork to the StarSisters Art Gallery and, in extreme circumstances, may be unable to register for the StarSisters community website, as decided by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the StarSisters Art Gallery may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  If any such attempt is made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability: Your entry into the StarSisters Art Gallery constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its representatives, directors, and staff against 1) any type of technical failure; 2) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 3) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process; 4) electronic error or human error in the processing of entries.

 

12. Privacy Policy: When submitting artwork to the StarSisters Art Gallery, you will be asked to submit information including your name, your email address, your state/province/country, your child’s first name, and your child’s age, along with a file of the artwork.  The only information posted to the website will be the artwork, the title of the artwork, and your child’s first name and age.  If you do not consent to having this information on the StarSisters website, please do not submit artwork to the StarSisters Art Gallery.  If, after submitting, you would like this information removed from the site, please contact starsistersupdates@gmail.com or use the contact form on the StarSisters Updates website.
